Things are getting ugly in Beverly Hills in the home stretch before Election Day.

The No on HH campaign — funded in large part by the Beverly Hills subsdiary of Wanda Group, the Chinese developer behind the One Beverly Hills project — is accusing Beny Alagem’s HH campaign of voter fraud. The campaign alleges that several people with ties to the Hilton campaign are improperly registered to vote in the city, and that 331 people illegally registered using post office boxes.

Wanda’s complaint names the daughter of Hilton executive Daniel Yukelson and the son of former Beverly Hills Mayor Jimmy Delshad, claiming that neither live in Beverly Hills but are registered to vote there, Variety reported.

Amanda Yukelson, according to the complaint, is registered to vote in New York, while Daniel Delshad, whose father’s involvement in the Hilton is already the object of controversy, allegedly lives in an L.A. apartment building.

Wanda’s claim also alleges that more than 300 other voters registered using a non-residence addresses, including post office boxes and, in one case, the address of a business.

“This smacks of desperation,” Marie Garvey, a spokeswoman for Alagem’s project, told Variety of the lawsuit.

Residents will get the say on Alagem’s project by voting on the Hilton Condominum Tower Inititiativeon the ballot.
