A recently built estate in Preston Hollow hit the market for $13.7 million, adding to the growing crop of ultra-luxury listings.
The 11,800-square-foot home at 10335 Lennox Lane is listed by Compass agents Mark Cain and Brayden Knutson and was built this year by Atrium Fine Homes. The price is $1,161 per square foot.
The sellers are two Dallas doctors, Hooman and Tannaz Sedighi, who have had the deed since 2020, county records show.
Amenities include an elevator, a two-story study with a spiral staircase, a prep kitchen, a cabana with a full bath and kitchenette, a covered outdoor living area, a summer kitchen, an upper-level entertainment deck and a five-car garage.
Its asymmetrical facade is a stark contrast to the other older, slate-roofed French Country and Chateau-style textbook Preston Hollow homes on Lennox Lane.
The home is among the priciest to hit the market in Dallas so far this year, though it sits below the city’s most expensive active listings, including the $32.5 million Highland Park mansion listed last week.
Homes asking over $10 million have become more common as the city attracts wealthy buyers from across the country, drawn especially to Preston Hollow and Highland Park by their large lots and proximity to top private schools.
A $10.5 million condo was also listed this week, at The Terminal at Katy Trail between Highland Park and Oak Lawn.
Unit 501, the priciest condo on the Dallas market, spans over 5,000 square feet, asking almost $2,100 per square foot with four bedrooms, a coffee bar, study and a 500-square-foot terrace overlooking the Katy Trail. It’s listed by Compass’ Michelle Wood.
The Terminal at Katy Trail, developed by Capitol Peak Ventures and The Rosewood Corporation, is among the most luxurious condo buildings ever built in Dallas. Designed by Austin architect Michael Hsu, each of its 16 units range from 2,500 to 8,000 square feet, averaging about 3,900 square feet, and each is a corner unit with an entry vestibule and outdoor terrace, D Magazine reported.
The eight-story project includes two restaurants from Stephan Courseau and Bruno Davaillon, along with health-and-wellness retail shops and a yoga and pilates studio.
Dallas-based Capitol Peak was founded by former commercial real estate brokers Lindsay and Blake Shipp in 2017. The Rosewood Corporation was founded in 1975 and is wholly-owned by the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate, which was established by oil man H.L. Hunt and his wife, Lyda Bunker Hunt.
