A marketing firm has its sights set on Uptown Dallas, adding to the slew of companies relocating to the office development hotspot.

PMG, led by founder and CEO George Popstefanov, has leased 75,000 square feet across three floors in the Link at Uptown, a 25-story Class AA office tower developed by Kaizen Development Partners, the Dallas Morning News reported

With a growing workforce of more than 900 people, the company is leaving the 19-story Centrum Tower at 1302 Oak Lawn Avenue. The firm still has offices at 2845 West Seventh Street in Fort Worth.

PMG’s new headquarters, at 2601 Olive Street, will be connected by an open-air staircase, fostering collaboration and creativity. It will also feature nods to athletes endorsed by Nike, which is part of PMG’s portfolio of clients, along with Apple, Whole Foods, Sephora and Omni Hotels & Resorts.

“We love Fort Worth, and it’s still close and dear to our heart, because it’s a huge part of our story, but obviously we’re making a massive investment in Dallas,” Popstefanov told the outlet. “Dallas is a little more conducive for younger professionals, especially this area, and when we worked on designing and developing this office, we wanted to create this new way of hybrid working where you can collaborate, walk around, and people can come see your work.”

PMG’s recent acquisitions, including Dallas-based Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media and UK-based RocketMill, have bolstered its integrated marketing and tech capabilities.

Uptown Dallas has emerged as the premier office destination for developers and corporations alike. Bank of America plans to occupy 238,000 square feet in the 30-story Parkside Uptown, which is being developed by KDC and Pacific Elm Properties.

Goldman Sachs is building a $500 million regional campus a few blocks from there, and JPMorgan Chase recently relocated from downtown to Uptown. Real estate firm CBRE also plans to move its headquarters to the area.
