Movers: Landsea Names Stewart Parker DFW President

Stewart Parker was named president of Landsea Homes’ DFW division. Parker was previously vice president of national homebuilding operations for San Francisco–based Homebound. He replaces Landsea’s former division president Melissa Kelly.

Landsea entered the Texas market in 2021 and relocated its headquarters to Dallas in 2023. Its DFW division was established last year following Landsea’s acquisition of Antares Homes, and it offers homes for sale in 24 communities across the DFW and Austin areas.

Houston-based Nan and Company Properties hired Julie Wells and Nichelle Richards, both from Douglas Elliman. Wells and Richards co-led Elliman’s Living Luxxe Group in Houston for about two years.

Wells was at Elliman since 2011, also an agent for Compass and Re/Max from time to time, according to her LinkedIn profile. Richards joined Elliman in 2022 after about three years as an agent for eXp Realty.

The move comes on the heels of the Houston brokerage scooping Elliman agent Michael Raak about three weeks earlier, and another, James Horne, in July.

Westmount Realty Capital hired Deuce Robertson II as senior legal counsel and managing director of transactions. The Dallas real estate investment firm owns and operates office and multifamily assets around the nation, including the 11-story Skyline at Kessler apartment complex in Dallas.

Robertson previously led acquisition, development, leasing and financing of industrial and office properties for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits.ICYMI: Compass brought on the seven-person Giles Group from Douglas Elliman in late February, led by Wade Giles. Washington Ho’s White House Global Properties brought on Nan and Companies’ commercial team, the Luo Group led by Victoria Luo, last week.
