Two Texas-based real estate outfits are rebranding.
Austin Real Estate Experts, a brokerage owned by Matt Menard and Greg Young, joined forces with Anywhere Real Estate–owned global brokerage ERA Real Estate, rebranding to ERA Experts.
Menard and Young aim to double company production by boosting recruitment and leaning into mergers and acquisitions to fortify the firm’s service in the Austin area, according to a news release.
Matthews Southwest is rebranding as Matthews. The Lewisville-based real estate company was founded in 1994 by Jack Matthews.
The firm is behind projects like the renovation of Dallas High School and the development of the Omni Dallas Hotel connected to the Dallas Convention Center. The firm also has the contract for Dallas’ $65 million convention center redevelopment.
