A sprawling ranch in Eastland County is up for grabs, adding to the plethora of ranch listings on the outskirts of Dallas-Fort Worth.
The 2,700-acre Three Nails Ranch, roughly 90 minutes southwest of Fort Worth near Cisco, is being marketed by Dallas-based Icon Global Group, the Dallas Morning News reported. The asking price isn’t listed.
A massive mansion on the property features a swimming pool, hot tub, putting green and a garage with space for six cars. The ranch has a 15-acre lake and more than two dozen stock ponds. It has two horse barns with more than 50 stalls and a breeding complex. It’s also used for raising cattle and hunting, the outlet said. It has breeding facilities for whitetail deer and exotic game.
The ranch, in the cross-timbers and prairies ecological region of East Texas, is completely fenced. It has “potential for future commercial opportunities,” Icon Global’s marketing pitch states.
Three Nails Ranch joins a growing list of available ranch properties surrounding DFW, including a 13-acre spread in Flower Mound that’s listed for just under $22 million, and the 546-acre Possum Kingdom Ranch in Palo Pinto County, which carries a price tag of $10 million.
NFL legend Terry Bradshaw recently sold his 800-acre ranch near the Texas-Oklahoma border. While the sale price was not disclosed, the property was last listed for $22.5 million.
Icon Global has been the listing agency for a number of luxury ranches, including Bradshaw’s property. The firm is marketing the $22.5 million Iron Lake Ranch in East Texas and the 3,630-acre Mt. Solitude Ranch near San Antonio, which hit the market at a whopping $80 million.
