Former San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker has taken his Anaqua Springs mansion off the market after failing to sell it for the $19.5 million asking.

Parker yanked the listing on the 53-acre Hill Country compound after more than a year, the San Antonio Express-News reported. Binkan Cinaroglu with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty had been the listing agent.

The property, with the address of 9 Rue Parker, has a six-bedroom main house and a guest apartment with four additional bedrooms. Cinaroglu previously told the outlet that he was being very selective about who would be able to look at the property.

“It’s ahead of its time for San Antonio, but the city is changing rapidly,” Cinaroglu told the outlet. “It’s a property that you would find in a larger market in the U.S. San Antonio’s luxury market is starting to flourish with several larger properties and clientele to invest that kind of money into that kind of real estate.”

To the south, current San Antonio Spurs forward Doug McDermott bought a Terrell Hills home that once belonged to President Lyndon B. Johnson’s grandson. The four-bedroom, 4,127-square-foot Mediterranean-style house was listed for about $1.89 million and includes a game area on the second floor, smart house technology, high-end lighting and a primary bedroom suite with a walk-in rain shower.

Records show that Parker, who won four championships across his 17 seasons with the Spurs, bought the property in 2005. The home has an almost 6,000-square-foot gym, home theater with stadium seating, temperature-controlled wine room with space for 1,500 bottles and two home offices. Outside, there’s also a tennis court, sand volleyball court and greenhouse.

Other features that make the home stand out include a fruit orchard and tortoise enclosure and a massive water park with slides, a lazy river and diving platforms.
