Trammell Crow subsidiary High Street Residential said it topped out Parkside Residences at Discovery Green in downtown Houston, a 43-story, 309-unit luxury building, and hopes to open by the summer.
The building, at 808 Crawford Street is Discovery Green, a 12-acre park in the city’s central business district. Pre-leasing for the high-rise apartment is set to begin in the spring.
Parkside Residences has studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two-story corner loft units with upgraded finishes.

The building has skyline views from floor-to-ceiling windows, a rooftop pool, pet spa, a private lounge and a clubroom. Luxury developers have added that sort of amenities since the pandemic to attract work-from-home professionals. Parkside also has an expansive working suite with conferencing capabilities, collaborative workspaces and solo-work pods, according to its website.
