San Francisco’s housing market is showing a growth of supply, even amid soaring prices, as 2021 winds down. As of September, the market has seen its highest level of housing inventory in over a decade. Compass data for the Bay Area showed evidence of home prices rising as much as 500 percent.

The top 10 active, luxury listings on the market in San Francisco total to an average of $26.5 million. Compass controls nearly half of the properties within the ranking and single-family homes in Pacific Heights reign supreme.

The property has spent 165 days on Compass and last sold for $14 million in February 2016, per PropertyShark records.
