A new multifamily residential project is being proposed for a lot on Clement Avenue in Alameda.
Pacific Development is the project developer and BDE Architecture is handling design and construction, San Francisco YIMBY reports.
The residential project, named The Launch, is set to include 360 multifamily residences in the five-story building. Units will be a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans. There will also be eight live-work units included in the project design.
Amenities of the property are going to include interior courtyards, a spa, a pool, dog runs, a fitness room and a roof deck with barbecue space. A pedestrian corridor is also planned to connect the property to the Bay Trail.
The Launch is part of the Alameda Master plan on Clement Avenue between Schiller and Alameda Marina Drive. A construction timeline has not been released yet.
