The 434-unit project, dubbed “The Mitchell,” is rising at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and East Post Road. Work on the project, which includes retail and parking, is to resume next week.

Developer LMC, a subsidiary of Lennar Company, said that the first units should be completed by the first quarter of 2022. The firm previously anticipated completion of those units by the end of this year.
