Chris Burch asking $425K in summer rent for his Southampton manse

Chris Burch has put his Southampton manse up for rent for three months starting May 1, according to the New York Post. He’s asking $425,000 for the extended stay at the 7,000-square-foot home — on par with what other owners have been able to get amid high demand driven by the coronavirus pandemic. The property has a tennis court, gardens, a pool, and a guest house. The CEO of Burch Creative Capital bought a slightly larger mansion in Miami in February for $14.2 million. [NYP] – Dennis Lynch
