Sheldon Solow’s son buys 53-acre winery on the North Fork

The son of real estate mogul Sheldon Solow is snapping up a 53-acre winery on the North Fork.

Stefan Soloviev plans to purchase the Peconic Bay Winery in Cutchogue next month for an undisclosed price, according to the New York Post.

Soloviev already owns around 150 acres of planted vines on the North Fork, and plans to hire a winemaker to oversee the vineyards. He “joins a growing list of wealthy elites buying up vineyards on the North Fork,” according to the Post. [NYPost]
