Real estate brokerage Houlihan Lawrence has reshuffled its C-suite.
Former president Chris Meyers has stepped into the CEO role, the firm said in a release. The brokerage currently has 30 offices and 1,300 agents.
Stephen Meyers, his brother and the former CEO, will become chairman.
And Chief Operating Officer Liz Nunan was promoted to president, overseeing operations. Nunan has been with Houlihan Lawrence for two decades, she said in her own statement.
Referring to Nunan, Stephen Meyers said she “has played a significant role in the evolution of our organization into what it is today.” He added she was the right “person to lead us through the next phase of our growth.”
