“Real Housewives of New York” star Erin Lichy is heading back to the Eklund-Gomes Team.

Lichy, who joined the cast of the Bravo series last year, left the top-producing Douglas Elliman team in April to found her own cohort alongside Compass agent Alexandra Hedaya. The duo, under the Erin + Alex Team, planned to focus on luxury new developments and onboard a slate of newer agents to handle deals in the lower seven-figure range.

“We’re planning to grow our team to a certain level that we can have junior agents to train. They can work on, let’s say, $3 million and under, maybe even up to $5 million,” Lichy told The Real Deal earlier this year. “We really want to focus on the $10 [million] and up units.”

At the time of her move, Lichy told TRD that her new team would appear in the upcoming season of the “Real Housewives.” Season 15 premiered on Oct. 1, and its final episode is scheduled to air on Jan. 14.

The reason behind the pair’s split is unclear. Lichy did not respond to a request for comment, and Hedaya declined to comment on why the two went their separate ways.

Hedaya told The Real Deal she wishes Lichy “the best of luck” at Elliman. She is staying on at Compass to head her own four-agent group, known as Team Hedaya, and plans to onboard another two agents.

Hedaya’s listings include a duplex co-op in Lenox Hill asking $4.3 million and which recently went into contract, as well as a $3 million condo in the Lower East Side co-listed with Compass’ Dan Colson.

A spokesperson for Compass declined to comment.

Lichy is one of five New York-based agents to join the Eklund-Gomes Team in recent weeks, including Aaron Ross, another broker returning to the fold.

The team said it’s also welcoming two agents in California and five in Florida.

“We have had the biggest growth in South Florida,” said former “Million Dollar Listing” star Fredrik Eklund, who heads the Eklund-Gomes Team with John Gomes. He added that the team now has about 23 people in the region, which he attributed to its “explosive new development pipeline.”

Lichy was also among a wave of former Elliman agents to join Compass between January and September of this year. The reality TV star was among 10 other agents in the Big Apple and 39 across luxury markets in New York, California, Florida and Texas to jump ship, including Maggie Marshall, who previously co-led a top-performing team at Elliman.

The Eklund-Gomes Team has about 100 agents, and Eklund said the team isn’t looking to grow much bigger than that. Among the team’s listings in New York are a $22.5 million West Village townhouse and a $20 million Fifth Avenue penthouse co-listed with the Julia Jiang and Charles Hawkins Team.

The group is also among the Douglas Elliman Development marketing teams heading sales at Pontiac Land and Hines’ 53 West 53rd Street.
