An Upper East Side landlord is suing Brandon Miller’s widow for unpaid rent at the couple’s $49,000-a-month pad.

Mak Acquisitions is demanding former lifestyle blogger Candice Miller pay $195,000 for the months of April through August plus interest and legal fees, according to a lawsuit filed in New York state court.

The couple moved to the five-bedroom apartment at 737 Park Avenue after selling their Tribeca penthouse for $9 million in 2021. Miller vacated the apartment in August after she “refused to compensate plaintiffs for provided services,” according to the suit.

She has since relocated to a condo owned by a member of the von Fürstenberg family in Miami Beach.

Lawyers for Tsirkin and Miller did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Vladislav Tsirkin, described in the lawsuit as the managing agent for Mak, also did not respond to a request for comment.

Miller has been slapped with several lawsuits demanding money since her husband died by suicide in July. Bridge lender Titan Capital sued her over missed mortgage payments on the family’s estate in Water Mill, which is on the market for $15 million.

A lender who helped finance several of her husband’s development projects is trying to collect the $3.6 million balance on a $5 million loan to her late father-in-law.

Brandon Miller left behind a tangled web of lawsuits and troubled real estate projects when he died with $34 million in personal debts and $8,000 in his bank account. He apparently left no will when he died, leaving at least one of his developments in limbo because no one has access to the books or records.

A lender who took control of the entity that owns the leasehold on the property at 118 10th Avenue days after Miller died, and then filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, is now looking to have the case dismissed because he has been unable to obtain any of the financial records, according to court documents.
