Annie Leibovitz snagged a buyer, and a bigger price, for her Upper West Side co-op.

The renowned photographer sold her duplex at 88 Central Park West for $10.7 million, according to public records. The sale price is about 20 percent over the unit’s asking price, but $650,000 less than she paid for it in 2014.

The deal was first reported by Curbed

The deed lists Kim Cooper, a general counsel at Apple, and Gregg Zehr, the creator of the Kindle, as the buyers of the roughly 3,500-square-foot abode overlooking Central Park.

The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It occupies the fifth and sixth floors of The Brentmore, a 12-story co-op built in 1910. Amenities at the building — which has counted Robert De Niro, Paul Simon and Sting among its residents — include a doorman, private storage and a gym.

The listing agent, Corcoran’s Deborah Kern, did not respond to a request for comment.

Leibovitz purchased the apartment about 10 years ago to be closer to her children’s school, she told The New York Times last year. Though she kept much of the original pre-war detail, Leibovitz renovated several parts of the home and added an office and library.

The 74-year-old photographer, known for her portraits of celebrities, listed the co-op in October for $8.6 million. She told The Times the apartment was “too big” for her now that her three daughters were grown up and that her work was primarily downtown.

Leibovitz paid $6.5 million in 2022 for a full-floor condo in the West Village, which she turned into an office space. She listed the property earlier this month with an asking price of $8.5 million.

She also owned a three-townhouse complex at the corner of Greenwich and West 11th streets, which she sold for $28.5 million in 2014. Her 228-acre family home is upstate in Rhinebeck.
