In Cincinnati, Airbnb users can get a taste of a pair of classic sitcoms — no Newmans allowed.

Brenda and Otto Baum designed the Sitcom Suites in their Pleasant Ridge neighborhood, CityBeat reported. The rentals are located in a four-family apartment and each draw on nostalgic visuals from a couple of the most iconic television shows of the 1990s.

One is “The one with the F•r•i•e•n•d•s ,” calling to mind the show that featured six friends, one famous coffee shop and one memorable break. The apartment is designed to look like Monica and Rachel’s New York City apartment from “Friends,” including turquoise kitchen cabinetry and a purple living room.

The other one, “The Apartment About Nothing,” is the perfect apartment for any Festivus celebration. The “Seinfeld” theme is designed to call Jerry’s New York City apartment to mind. There’s a bike on the wall, a toy hoop on the door and an inappropriate New York State license plate. There’s even a cutout of Kramer.

Brenda told the publication that she traveled around the country to find the right furniture and fixtures for the rentals. The couple became inspired to pursue their rental idea during the pandemic, when they were stuck at home watching classic television.

For those more concerned with the actual living spaces, each apartment is a one-bedroom unit with a king-sized bed, living room pull-out couches and full equipped kitchens. Kids are also able to take advantage of the rec center across the street, which includes a playground, pool and splash pad.

Each rental starts at $175 per night.

Considering the Baums’ building is a four-unit property, there are two more sitcom suites in the works. A glance through the brand’s Instagram appears to point towards “The Golden Girls” and “The Big Bang Theory” as potential inspiration for the yadda yadda yadda.
