Stephen Ross once credited himself as being one of two New Yorkers who lives and works in the same building, the second being now President Donald Trump.

As the Related boss and Miami Dolphins co-owner trades up, taking a penthouse unit at the company’s Skidmore Owings & Merrill-designed 35 Hudson Yards, he will retain that accolade (his development firm bought an office condo next door, at 30 Hudson Yards).

But first, he’s letting go of the 8,500-square-foot aerie he owns with his wife, jewelry designer Kara Ross, in another Related-developed building, the Time Warner Center. The couple put the Central Park penthouse on the market, asking $75 million, as the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.

From a quick scan of Ross’ residential holdings, it’s clear he has a penchant for getting high on his own supply. Below is a quick rundown of some of his other residential properties. Ross could not be reached for comment.

The five-bedroom penthouse boasts panoramic city views from the Related-developed tower, the Time Warner Center — which also currently houses company’s headquarters. Listed with Corcoran with an asking price of $75 million, it’s the first time the property has been on the market.

Ross spent $6.9 million last year on a condo on the fifth floor of another Related development, 70 Vestry Street in Tribeca. A penthouse in the building once competed for the title of priciest condo sold in Downtown Manhattan, but Silvio Scaglia, the Italian telecom entrepreneur, who purchased the pad paid $10 million below ask. Other buyers in the building include film producer and director Jack Heller and health-care investor Paul M. Meister.

Ross purchased this luxury oceanfront mansion, known as “The Reef,” in a quiet transaction in 2015, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. There were no brokers involved in the transaction, and Ross is reported to have paid $31.85 million. The sellers were named as Anita and Stuart Subotnick, who paid $9 million for the property in October 1996. In 2018, the home incurred a reported property-tax bill of $572,632.
