Water Mill buyers say no one told them “trashy” Bravo show would film next door
The buyers of luxurious homes in a gated Water Mill community claim no one told them that Bravo would be filming its raucous reality show “Beach House” next door. In the show, cameras follow young New Yorkers as they spend their summer partying in a Hamptons home together. “Not one of the buyers was advised before closing that their multimillion-dollar retreat is next door to where a trashy reality TV show is being filmed,” one unnamed resident told the New York Post. “Apparently, [one family] watched the show and are now worried that their 3-year-old grandchild will be watching people having sex in the woods.” The show’s been booted from various Hamptons businesses and denied filming permits in East Hampton. [TRD]

Oceanfront Bridgehampton home lists for $42.5M
A 7,360-square-foot estate estate on nearly 1.5 acres of beachfront in Bridgehampton has hit the market for $42.5 million. Built in 2011, it was bought three years ago for $27.5 million before undergoing $10 million renovation (which coincidentally had been done by now-deceased contractor Ben Krupinski). The seven-bedroom home, which features eight full and two half bathrooms, also boasts a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, an infinity pool, limestone floors, panoramic views of both Sag Pond and the Atlantic. Compass’ Ed Petrie, James Petrie and Charles Forsman are the agents on the listing. [Curbed]

Vacant Coast Guard homes in Westhampton Beach to be auctioned off
Dozens of homes owned by the Coast Guard in the Hampton West Estates development in Westhampton Beach are slated to be auctioned off, officials said. About 52 homes are sitting vacant, since many prefer to take their military housing stipend to the open market instead. Five parcels of land, 12 duplexes and 25 homes are expected to be auctioned off by the General Services Administration in early summer. While the auctions will take place online, many other details about the auctions have not yet been announced. [27East]

The home of the onetime player for teams including the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles was last listed at $10.9 million, down about $3 million from its initial ask a little over a year ago. The home boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, one half bathroom, a heated pool, a wine cellar, a gym and more. Corcoran’s Tim Davis handled the listing. [Curbed]
