The Queens property manager who displayed Nazi and Confederate posters in his building’s lobby last year is out of a job.

Neal Milano and two other condo board members at 47-55 39th Place in Sunnyside are stepping down after the building’s board of managers reached a settlement with the city Commission on Human Rights, the Daily News reported.

The condo board will take down the posters and replace them with signs notifying tenants of their rights under the city’s fair housing policy. The condo will also have to remove a provision requiring tenants to prove their immigration status.

“We hope this settlement sends a strong message to housing providers citywide that New York City does not tolerate discrimination or harassment and that we will not hesitate to take immediate action when we learn of violations,” said Sapna V. Raj of the NYC Commission on Human Rights.
