Time Warner is set to depart the building at 60 Columbus Circle for Hudson Yards in 2019. Developer Related Companies bought back the media company’s 1.3-million-square-foot office space for $1.1 billion in 2014. Time Warner is currently leasing it.

Deutsche Bank’s lease at 60 Wall Street expires in 2022. That building’s co-owner, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, also holds a stake in Time Warner Center’s office portion. JLL is representing the lender in its search, the New York Post reported. [NYP] — Konrad Putzier
