Safran Foer has been attempting to unload the place for just under a year and previously listed it for $10.5 million with Compass before bringing its asking price down to $8.65 million. He is now listing it with Nest Seekers broker and “Million Dollar Listing: New York” star Ryan Serhant for $8.995 million.

The roughly 8,000-square-foot house contains eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-story atrium and a wood-burning fireplace, among other amenities. [Curbed]Eddie Small
