Baruch Singer filed plans for a 10-story building with office and community facility space in Midwood.
The 180,000-square-foot project is at 1508 Coney Island Avenue on a major commercial thoroughfare about eight blocks away from the Avenue M subway station, according to New York YIMBY.
The building will include 63,340 square feet of office space and 84,000 square feet of community facility space to be occupied by a medical treatment center. The fourth floor will be set aside as a lounge. SHoP Architects is handling the project, which will rise on a lot surrounded by wood fencing that has sat vacant for at least a decade, according to YIMBY.
