Hotel mogul Ed Scheetz’s really wants to make some money on his Soho penthouse — and fast.
The former Morgans Hotel Group CEO is listing his duplex penthouse at 20 Greene Street in Soho for $75,000 a month in rent, or buyers can purchase it outright for $15.93 million, down from its initial asking price of $18 million, according to the New York Post.
Scheetz bought the duplex penthouse in 2008 for $10 million. The two-bedroom home spans 4,189 square feet and includes 2,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space. Tech twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss reportedly own a neighboring penthouse.
