Serial renters Beyoncé and Jay Z are signing deals and settling down with their new twins and Blue Ivy.
The couple bought an $88 million 2-acre estate in Los Angeles about two months ago and now, on the east coast, they’ve got a “Gatsby-esque” mansion in East Hampton for $25.9 million, according to Business Insider.
The Carters bought the 12,000-square-foot mansion for just under $26 million. (Trulia)
Their new 12,000-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms as well as a guesthouse with two bedrooms. They also have a 45-foot-long infinity pool, spa and 200 feet of waterfront on Georgica Pond. The house was originally designed by architect Stanford White about a century ago.
