Payroll services firm Justworks is taking nearly 60,000 square feet at RXR Realty’s Starrett-Lehigh Building in Chelsea under a sublease from Tommy Hilfiger.
The agreement runs through June 2020 and the asking rent was $39 per square foot, Commercial Observer reported. Justworks’ current home is at Nearby 151 West 26th Street. Colliers International represented Justworks and JLL represented Tommy Hilfiger.
The fashion company recently signed a 200,000-square-foot lease at RFR Realty’s 285 Madison Avenue. It has been at the 2.3-million-square-foot Starrett-Lehigh building at 601 West 26th Street since 2004, when it signed a 128,000-square-foot lease. [CO] — Konrad Putzier
