Developer Urban Muse sold the two commercial condominiums at the base of 347 Bowery for $20.3 million, according to property records.
The space at the 13-story building sold to 347 Bowery Commercial Holdings LLC, managed by Eli Goldstein. Goldstein could not be reached for comment, nor could Urban Muse, which is led by Glauco Lolli-Ghetti.
347 Bowery features 8,439 square feet of retail space on the lower level of the building and the first two floors. The building, designed by Annabelle Selldorf, features five residential condos — four duplexes and a penthouse triplex. One unit is currently on the market with Compass at $7.8 million.
RKF’s Brian Segall marketed the retail space.
Slate Property Group recently bought a six-story building on the Lower East Side at 153 Ludlow Street for $10 million, and Witkoff Group and hotelier Ian Schrager are working on a hotel-condominium at 215 Chrystie Street with a target sellout of $118.4 million.
