Almost exactly one year ago today, a pair of West Village townhouses sold together for an eyebrow raising $34.5 million. The buyer, a source told The Real Deal, was none other than LLNYC cover star Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick.

Now building permits reveal that Morris Adjmi Architects is the architect of record for the townhouse combination project. Adjmi, a West Village resident, is known for the Samsung building in the Meatpacking District, the Austin Nichols House, 465 Pacific Street in Brooklyn and his work with Kushner Companies.

The documents were filed by Frank Selvaggi, Parker’s friend and business manager.

The two contiguous brick properties, located at 273-275 West 11th Street between Bleecker and West 4th Streets, were sold by the United Methodist Women. Together the buildings weigh-in at 13,900 square feet, not including a 2,100-square-foot private garden.

The documents, which call for “interior demolition of partitions,” confirm rumors that Parker and Broderick plan to combine the houses into a mega-mansion. Neither Parker nor Adjmi have responded to requests for comment.

Parker and Broderick sold their last home at 20 East 10th Street for $18.25 million, a net loss of $750,000. They had been asking $25 million.

The Sex and the City actress is current starring in HBO’s “Divorce,” in which she stars alongside Thomas Haden Church. Read more about Parker here.
