Two Trees Management signed up Clinton Hill-based eatery Mekelburg’s as the anchor tenant at its Domino Sugar factory project in Williamsburg.
The artisanal eatery will open a bar, restaurant and shop at 325 Kent Avenue, DNAinfo reported. The building is one of five at the complex and is due to open this summer. Mekelburg’s sells meat, cheese, beer and cakes, according to the website.
Two Trees’ [TRDataCustom] building at 325 Kent Avenue will have 522 apartments, 104 of which are set aside for low and middle income families. The 16-story, copper-and-zinc clad rental building will open in July.
In total, the $3 billion Domino Sugar factor project will have 2,800 apartments and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
