Douglas Elliman is taking over marketing at One West End Avenue from Corcoran Sunshine, with about 30 percent of the units remaining, sources told The Real Deal.

John Gomes and “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Fredrik Eklund will lead the sales effort at the condominium, being developed by Silverstein Properties and Elad Group.

Silverstein launched sales at the 42-story tower in June 2015. The 246-unit project is part of the massive five-building Riverside Center development and was one of the largest to hit the market that year.

Pam Liebman, CEO of the Corcoran Group, said the firm’s new development arm, headed by Kelly Kennedy Mack, sold more than 175 of the units, taking the project past the 70-percent sold mark. A spokesperson for Elliman was not immediately available for comment.

Marty Burger, Silverstein Properties’ CEO, said Corcoran had done an “extraordinary” job and will still represent Silverstein on a $1 billion condo project at 514 11th Avenue.

Elliman and Corcoran, the dominant players in new development, keep knocking each other off projects.

In April, Corcoran took over for Elliman at Magnum Real Estate Group’s 100 Barclay. In September, Elliman replaced Corcoran on Ian Bruce Eichner’s 45 East 22nd Street.
