Tommy Mottola, the former CEO and chairman of Sony Music and serial diva dater, has just listed his massive estate in Greenwich, Connecticut for $19.95 million, the Wall Street Journal Reports.
Per the Journal, this is the 14th house Mottola has bought and renovated. He seems to have a pretty good eye for flipping; this house only cost him $2.85 million when he bought it in 2010. He renovated it and fixed the landscaping, providing easier access to the lake on the property.
The house sits on 5.7 acres, and clocks in at 12,300 square feet, plus a lower level with a gym, playroom and beauty salon for Mottola’s wife, Mexican pop star, Thalia. Both Thalia and Tommy have their own two-story dressing rooms, and the home also has an elevator, an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a swimming pool, a carriage house that can act as a recording studio, and a footbridge to a private island.
Lyn Stevens and Robin Kencel of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
