The Feldman family’s Circle F Capital filed plans for an 11-story, mixed-use building in Long Island City with 71 residential units, according to Department of Buildings documents that hit records Tuesday.

Located a block from the 5Pointz development, the 74,805-square-foot project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue would also feature three ground floor retail spaces. Filings show a business center, meeting room and gym included in building plans. Some apartment units come with a terrace and balcony, according to filings.

Circle F bought the property, a former International Brotherhood of Teamsters local headquarters, for about $25 million last year. Sources told The Real Deal last year that the developers were planning condominiums at the site.

Neither Circle F nor the site architect, SRA Architecture + Engineering, immediately returned requests for comment.

Other Circle F holdings, in partnership with other firms, include 400 West 14th Street in the Meatpacking District and 301 West 125th Street.
