KPMG is expanding its footprint at 1350 Sixth Avenue, inking a deal to lease another 19,500 square feet at the Midtown office building.
The Big Four auditing firm signed an expansion lease at the SL Green Realty [TRDataCustom]-owned building, the New York Post reported. The deal means KPMG will take the entire 11th floor of the 36-story tower, bringing its total space there to 112,000 square feet.
CBRE’s Patrick Murphy and Jamie Dennison represented KPMG, according to the Post. SL Green was represented in-house by Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen.
Tenants at the building include P. Schoenfeld Asset Management and Amazon.
Last year, auditing rival PricewaterhouseCoopers signed a lease for 240,000 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust’s 90 Park Avenue. [NYP] — Miriam Hall
