Despite concerns over anti-nepotism rules, Jared Kushner has been cleared by the Department of Justice to work as President Trump’s senior adviser in the White House.

In a 14-page memo, the Department of Justice laid out an argument similar to the one made by Kusher’s attorney Jamie Gorelick.
