Less than a month after Kendel Felix was found guilty of kidnapping and murdering Brooklyn landlord Menachem Stark — two more members of his family have been arrested for their alleged roles in the homicide.

Police took the pair into custody Thursday, the New York Daily News reported. Erskin Felix, 38, faces murder and kidnapping charges, while his 28-year-old brother Kendall stands accused of hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence, according to the paper. The landlord, 39, was abducted outside his Williamsburg office during a snowstorm in 2014. His burnt body was found in a dumpster near a Long Island gas station two days later. Kendel Felix — who is due to be sentenced next month — worked on Stark’s properties.

Kendel Felix said his cousin Erskin was the mastermind of the scheme, according to the Daily News. Prosecutors say the cousins dragged Stark into a minivan, and that he died of asphyxiation after one of his attackers sat on his chest.

Stark, a member of the Samar community and a father of seven, was an active developer in the Williamsburg-Greenpoint area . He was millions of dollars in debt at the time of his death. [NYDN] — Miriam Hall
