You too can have a Jackie O style summer, but it’ll cost you a cool $54 million.
Nearly a decade after buying “Lasata,” the 11-acre East Hampton estate where Jacqueline Onassis Kennedy summered as a child, former Coach executive director Reed Krakoff is putting it on the market as two separate parcels.
The estate at 121 Further Lane features a century-old house, a two-room guesthouse, tennis court and swimming pool. That parcel is on the market for $39 million, while 4 Adjacent Acres With A Tennis Court is listed for nearly $15 million.
Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group [TRDataCustom] and Peter M. Turino of Brown Harris Stevens have the listing.
Krakoff and his interior designer wife purchased the property in 2007 for $25 million and quickly embarked on renovations. Even though the couple spent $14 million on an estate in Connecticut last year , they are continuing to look for land to build a new, modern house in the Hamptons, according to the newspaper.
In 2014, the Krakoffs sold a Manhattan townhouse for $51 million, and paid $28 million for a place on the Upper East Side. [WSJ] — Miriam Hall
