A tech firm is taking 32,000 square feet at Stellar Management’s massive office and retail project in Soho.

Marketing consulting firm DoubleVerify inked a five-year lease at One Soho Square, the Wall Street Journal reported. Stellar is developing the 768,000-square foot project, by combining two pre-war buildings at 223 Spring Street and 161 Sixth Avenue. DoubleVerify’s new space will fittingly be double its current headquarters at 575 Eighth Avenue. The asking rent was $80 per square foot. Town Commercial represented the firm.

Larry Gluck’s Stellar Management [TRDataCustom] bought the two buildings in 2012 for $200 million with the intention to combine the abutting structures. Since then, he’s faced a few tenant lawsuits over the project. Last year, Springer Science + Business Media, a publishing house that least 100,000 square feet in the Spring Street building, lobbed a complaint against the developers to fight eviction.

DoubleVerify’s lease follows news by Managed by Q, an office management company, plans to lease 26,022 square feet in the building, the Commercial Observer reported in March. Other tenants include Warby Parker and Aveda. [WSJ] — Kathryn Brenzel

Correction: An earlier version of this story named Rockpoint Management Group as a co-developer on the project. Rockpoint is no longer involved.
