Roughly two years after Jared Kushner’s Kushner Companies snapped up a $36.5 million multifamily portfolio from the Brooklyn Law School, the developer has put one of the properties back on the market as a single-family townhouse.
The newly renovated 27 Monroe Place in Brooklyn Heights hit the market last month for $18 million, making it July’s priciest new listing, according to data provided by Point2 Homes. The property was one of six multi-family properties purchased by Kushner in 2014. The townhouse has since been converted into a five-bedroom, single-family home.
In Queens, the most expensive single-family home to hit the market last month was a Bayside property for $3.5 million. The five-bedroom home features a saltwater pool and a theater.
