Neustar, a provider of real-time information and analytics to telecom, finance and media companies, inked a lease for 23,000 square feet at SL Green Realty’s 100 Park Avenue, sources told The Real Deal.

The company, which is publicly traded on the Nasdaq, will consolidate its operations at the 36-story tower. It had previously operated out of two separate locations, Including 625 Broadway. It wasn’t immediately clear how much space it held at those two locations.

The space was subleased from Intersection, the media and technology company behind New York City initiatives such as LinkNYC, which provides free Wi-Fi.

Asking rents at the property are in the $70s per square foot, sources said.

The deal was brokered on the landlord side by father-and-son team Michael and Rocco Laginestra of CBRE [TRDataCustom]. Jim Wenk and Kirill Azovtsev of JLL represented Neustar.

Neither Neustar nor the brokers were immediately available for comment.

The building is also home to tenants such as Wells Fargo, which occupies 104,000 square feet there.

Data and analytics firms have been actively gobbling up office space in Manhattan. Analytics company RELX Group recently look more than 45,000 square feet at the Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue, where asking rents are in the low $80s per square foot.
