Luciano Pavarotti’s apartment at Hampshire House is getting an encore, but this time it’ll be sharing the stage.

Pavarotti’s executors are now marketing a potential two-unit combination at the building, located at 150 Central Park South, for $20.5 million, Bloomberg reported.

The two 23rd floor units have a combined total of three bedrooms and 4,500 square feet of space, along with a large terrace with spectacular views of Central Park.

The estate initially listed Pavarotti’s 3,300-square-foot unit alone in late 2013, asking $13.7 million. It later dropped the asking price to $10.5 million.

The other unit belongs to husband and wife Michael Clair and Audrey MacLean. They bought it in 2005 for $1.65 million and recently listed it for $10 million.

Deborah Grubman, David Dubin and Paul Albano of the Corcoran Group are marketing Pavarotti’s unit. Douglas Elliman’s J. Roger Erickson has listing for the adjacent apartment.
