Financial District-based Azimuth Development Group released new renderings of their ambitious mixed-used project in Soundview.
The developer is planning a 250,000-square-foot building at the site, located at 1755 Watson Avenue, Between Rosedale Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue, to hold 250 apartments for mixed income residents, plus 20,000 square feet of retail, NY YIMBY reported.
The Bronx Pentecostal Deliverance Center, which currently occupies part of the site, will partner with Azimuth in the development.
Aufgang Architects is the designing the building.
The site is the midst of rezoning talks with the city. Construction is expected to commence in 2017 and be completed in 2019.
