Live in Bjarke Ingels’ latest for just $545 a month

Applications are now being accepted for the building’s affordable units

The lottery for Bjarke Ingels’ Westside tetrahedron is now open and applications are being excepted its 142 affordable apartments.

The new rental building developed by the Durst Organization at 625 West 57th Street has 709 units in total – 20 percent of those being designated affordable. Subsidized rents range from $565 a month for studios for households making between $19,222 and $24,200 annually, to three-bedroom apartments going for $1,067 a month for three- to six-person households, according to 6sqft.

One-bedroom apartments start at $607 and two-bedrooms at $735. Asking prices for the market rate apartment have yet to be announced.
