Money can’t buy him love, but it sure can snag him a gorgeous penthouse with Central Park views.
Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell picked up a $15.5 million duplex co-op at 1045 Fifth Avenue, the New York Post reported.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse features wraparound balconies and was built by developer Manny Duell before he died in 1977. His wife lived there until her death last summer at 92.
Evidently McCartney is a fan of the neighborhood. In 2013, he was spotted checking out a co-op nearby at 1049 Fifth Avenue.
Co-op buyers are required to use their own names — the couple listed themselves as Paul and Nancy McCartney.
