Aby Rosen’s RFR sold a tower in Frankfurt, Germany to IVG Immobilien AG’s institutional funds unit for $510 million.
The skyscraper is currently rented to the European Central Bank. The bank will continue to house its banking regulators in the entire 40-story, 646,000-square-foot building.
IVG purchased the building on behalf of a German pension fund, Bloomberg News reported.
In New York, Rosen is currently at work on an office and retail conversion of the Church Missions House at 281 Park Avenue South, and is also completing a condo conversion of 190 Bowery. [Bloomberg News] — Tess Hofmann
