The Chetrit Group has unveiled the first renderings for its conversion of the Mary Immaculate Hospital in Jamaica into a residential complex.

There will be four new buildings on the site, located at 150-13 89th Street, near Rufus King Park, New York YIMBY reported. The tallest one will rise 16 stories, or 96 feet. Chetrit plans to demolish a garage, and restore the main 94-foot-tall building.
