Ryan Serhant has won the agency on an I.M. Pei-designed West Chelsea condo project that marries two of the show-stopping perks offered by nearby competitors 200 11th Avenue and the Soori High Line: personal pools and car elevators.

The “Million Dollar Listing” star and Nest Seekers International broker will be listing the six units at 435 West 19th Street, the 30,000 square-foot project being developed by Six Sigma.

“Everyone is going to have a private pool and private parking,” said Serhant. The unit mix includes three- and four-bedroom apartments, the smallest of which will be 4,000 square feet.

Six Sigma president Jason Lee said that each unit will have a sun room, wood-burning fireplace and 50 feet of windows that retract to expose the pools to the open air.

The building was designed by I.M. Pei’s Pei Partnership Architects.

Along with out-there architectural designs, West Chelsea has spurred a sort of amenities arms race as developers try to trump one another with flourishes such as personal pools (the Soori High Line at 522 West 29th Street), auto elevators (200 11th Avenue) and doggie spas (500 West 30th Street).
