Talk show host Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos have been revealed as the owners of a $27 million townhouse on East 76th Street, having moved there in 2013 while their Soho penthouse was still on the market.
Ripa, the co-host of “Live! With Kelly and Michael” and Consuelos purchased the home under the cover of an LLC, the New York Daily News reported. The seller was Luca Orlandi, an Italian fashion mogul who founded the brand Luca Luca, and his Nigerian-born Victoria’s Secret model wife Oluchi Onweagba.
The five-story townhouse was never officially on the market, and the identity of the buyer was unknown until now. At the time of the deal, the 1882 property had recently been gut-renovated. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an elevator and a rooftop garden.
