These were the priciest Feb. home sales in Brooklyn, Queens

Cobble Hill and Forest Hills each showed up twice

A three-story Park Slope townhouse that sold for $4.1 million was the largest residential home sale in Brooklyn recorded in February, according to PropertyShark data.

The 4,368-square-foot property at 857 Carroll Street has four bedrooms. The second priciest sale on the list was also a townhouse – a four-story Cobble Hill building at 124 Congress Street — that closed for $4 million.

Next, a two-story detached home at 2018 East 4th Street in Gravesend went for $3.85 million. The fourth entry on the list is located at 122 Congress Street, next door to the aforementioned Cobble Hill property. The four-story structure was just a hair cheaper than its neighbor, at $3.8 million.

In Fifth Place, a two-story detached Midwood home at 1712 Ocean Avenue closed for $3.5 million.

QUEENS SALES

Over in Queens, a two-and-a-half-story suburban home with a garage at 65 Continental Avenue in Forest Hills was the borough’s priciest residential sale recorded in February, PropertyShark data show. The 2,834-square-foot property went for $1.95 million. Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing.

Astoria made a rare appearance on the list with a two-and-a-half-story detached house at 25-39 41st Street that sold for $1.7 million.

The next sales were for a two-story Jamaica Estates house at 81-10 Haddon Street and a two-and-a-half-story Forest Hills house at 2 Middlemay Circle. They tied at $1.6 million.

Finally, a two-story mansion at 190-04 Mclaughlin Avenue in Holliswood changed hands for $1.49 million, records showed.
