UPDATED: 12:58 p.m., Jan. 8: The Corcoran Group’s welcome mat is getting good mileage these days.

On the heels of celebrating the return of Bill Cunningham, who spent eight months as president of Trump International Realty, Corcoran announced today that longtime agent Andrea Wohl Lucas is back after a “brief association” with Douglas Elliman.

“When Andrea told us she was leaving to explore opportunities we told her that our door would always be open,” CEO Pam Liebman said in a statement.

Lucas first joined Corcoran in 2004. With husband Bruce Lucas, who’s also rejoining Corcoran from Elliman, her clients include Lenny Kravitz, Martin Scorsese, Kelsey Grammer and others. In May, she sold developer Alexandre Bosoni’s penthouse at 170 East End Avenue for $14.85 million.

In her statement, Liebman channeled singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell: “To paraphrase a popular song,” she said, “sometimes you don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone.”

Mitchell’s song may be playing on repeat at Corcoran this week.

On Jan. 6Cunningham returned to Corcoran as the brokerage’s general sales manager, assuming leadership responsibilities from Tresa Hall, Corcoran’s longtime director of sales, who is stepping down. In a statement, Cunningham said he felt like he was “coming home” and Liebman welcomed him “back in the Corcoran family.”

Commenting on the Lucases return to Corcoran, Steven James, Elliman’s president of Manhattan brokerage, said in a statement, “We wish them well.”

Meanwhile, Cunningham and the Lucases’ return to Corcoran follows several high-profile departures from the firm, including Robby Browne, Maria Pashby and Wendy Sarasohn, who decamped to Brown Harris Stevens.

Like Cunningham, Andrea Lucas, too, said she was glad to be back. “It’s true, you can go home again,” she said in a statement. “I’m glad to be home and a part of the Corcoran family.”
